How to I install
the template?
You must create a new web site using your new web template.
You will then need to create your new pages (File > New > Web) and
then copy and paste the information from your old web into your new
one.

Can I use my images rather than yours?
We spend numerous hours designing our template packages.
The images we used have been carefully selected and the colors (hyperlinks,
buttons, etc.) reflect those in the main graphic image. While
it is possible to replace our image with one of your own, certain
templates have the image sliced into several pieces to fit inside
of the table cells. If you have questions about the suitability
of any template package, please
contact us.

How can I modify the "Your Name Here"
image?
In your images folder you will find two or more "logo" named
images. One is blank and the other has "your name here" added.
You can add your own text to a blank "gif" image using the FrontPage
text overlay tool or use an imaging program such as Fireworks, Paint
Shop Pro or Photoshop. We will modify your text for you for
FREE within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that if you
need the image in a different file format, we are happy to supply
"gif", "jpeg", "png" and "psd" files on request.

Do the different browser's matter?
Getting your new web site looking great in the widest possible
varieties of browsers is a team effort between you, the webmaster,
and the template designer. A lot of factors come into play.
We no longer test or optimize pages for Netscape 4.

How come my site doesn't look
like your preview?
Whether you are creating a new site from scratch or redoing an existing
site, if the theme comes with a web template you MUST create a new
web using that template! If you do not use the provided web
template, you will be able to use the theme. However, you will
be using only the theme and not the extra graphics and page layout.
If you are redesigning an existing site, create a new web using
the web template. You would then copy and paste the information
from your old web into the new one.

My page looks funny. What's wrong?
First, click on the Preview tab on the bottom or go to File |
Preview in Browser. Chances are that your page just looks funny in
Normal View. If you see small gaps in between images in Normal View,
don't worry! If the page template uses tables to lay out the images,
Normal View pushes the pictures around slightly to make room for
the table guidelines. They will disappear and fit nicely when you
look at the page with a browser.

I don't have buttons or banners on my page.
Some of the navigation bars aren't showing up.
You may see something like [Add this page to the Navigation View
to display hyperlinks here] or [Change the properties of this Navigation
bar...]. In the first case, you will need to add your page to navigation
view. Click on Navigation in the left Views column, then drag your
page from the Folder List column into the navigation structure.
In the second case, right-click on the [Change the properties...]
text and select Link Bar Properties. Look at what kind of navigation
has been selected. It's possible that there are no pages for that
kind of navigation -- for example, if you have "Child Pages" selected,
but the page has no child pages, then the navigation bar will not
display.
Save your changes and go to File | Preview in Browser to make sure
everything worked.

The navigation bars are
showing up as text, not graphics.
The theme is probably not applied. Go to Format | Theme and you
will probably find that "No Theme" is selected. Select your theme
and this should fix the problem.
You may also want to check the Navigation Bar Properties (right-click
on the Navigation bar) and make sure that "Buttons" is selected under
"Orientation and Appearance."

What if I want to completely
change my page layout?
As a rule, if you feel that a template needs to be heavily modified
I don't suggest purchasing it. Many of these themes would take major
work to change. But, if you feel you must, always make a copy
of the web before you modify. (Simply create two copies of the web
template.) Work on the duplicate then preview it in the browser to
make sure you are happy with the changes. All the templates are table
intensive! Just a quick note on this subject...if you modify the
template we will not be responsible for supporting your template.
